Remove every third model from your model file list and rebuild the PCA matrix. Using the images from which the missing models were taken attempt to search for the outline. Perturb the start location (tx and ty) of the mean model by a few pixels and repeat the process. Compute the pixel differences between these results. Repeat this analysis for all the missing model images. What do you estimate as being the reproducibility of the generated roi's?
